Spanish Exchange 2014
On Sunday 23 March 2014, thirteen Rainey pupils and fifteen Spanish students from Colegio San Martin in Madrid met each other for the first time. We were involved in a school exchange, designed to let us get to know new people from different backgrounds and cultures, and also develop our Spanish/English fluency! NSPCC Fundraising
Through our annual fundraising, Rainey Endowed School is delighted to be able to support the work of the NSPCC. The charity, founded in 1884, helps children from across the UK who are being abused: mentally; physically; sexually and who suffer neglect. Other programmes support children under one, looked after children, the disabled and ethic minorities. Rainey lose out narrowly in Danske Bank Schools Cup
In the 3rd round of the Danske Bank Schools Cup the ’P Keenan Road Surfacing’ sponsored Rainey ES 1st XV hosted Down HS. Heavy overnight rain had left the pitch very heavy.
